Join us for our 10th Annual Early Intervention and Inclusion Conference at Skyline College. This year's conference will be the biggest and best ever, as we are teaming up with the San Mateo County Office of Education and 4C's to dedicate an entire day to learning about equity in education and inclusive practices from birth through age 8.

Some of the highlights this year include 2 fabulous keynote speakers:

Senta Greene, Founder of Full Circle: A Professional Consulting Agency. She is an international speaker and consultant in the fields of Child Life, Early Care and Education and Special Education. She will be giving a keynote that will invite participants to think creatively, boldly, and powerfully about theories for inclusion and equity while identifying meaningful strategies for amplifying inclusion and equity not only in children’s and families lives, but in our own lives as dynamic leaders and educators in ECE.
Sheridan Nicholau, Bay Area Regional Manager at State Council on Developmental Disabilities, will be delivering a closing keynote on next steps.

In addition to these two dynamic keynotes we will have over 25 workshops lead by local experts with topics ranging from Impact of “Trauma on Children’s Brain Development” to “Learning How to Build Welcoming and Inviting Learning Environments”. Once participants have registered on EVENTBRITE, you will be directed to SCHED, which will allow you to view and select the workshops that you are interested in attending.

Each Workshop will indicate the focus from our 4 strands, Infant/Toddler, Pre-K/Preschool, TK/3, or Family Support.

In addition to our workshops this year’s conference will also be hosting the Intentional Teacher Fair, in which Bay area educators will showcase the intentional and reflective teaching strategies they use in the classroom daily. Please come see teacher displays that show how they closely observe and study the significance of early learning within the complexity of teaching young children.
